Now in his mid 20s, this mature-beyond-his-years French pianist has drawn comparison to Glenn Gould in his Bach playing, but outdoes Gould in lightness and color. In a solo recital for AFCM, he’ll demonstrate why he took second prize at the prestigious 2013 Queen Elisabeth International Piano Competition—and probably make us wonder why he didn’t come in first.
