How do I watch?
Online Streaming Concerts come to you over the Internet. You can watch from any device that has an Internet connection: your phone, desktop computer, laptop, iPad, or smart TV.
How do I connect?
Click the “Watch Online” link in the email you received, or navigate to the concert page on arizonachambermusic.org. Then, in both cases, click the large pink arrow in the photo image of the concert page. Concerts are not available prior to the announced day and time.
What does it mean “Live Online”?
Our concerts are recorded then brought to you at a certain day and time. This is the “Live Online” concert time. The concert will begin at the appointed time, and then be available for a period of days, usually three. In some cases, certain works from the program may be available to watch later, but the concert is only available during the “Live Online” period.
When does the concert begin?
You can connect about 10 minutes prior to the concert time. The concert introduction will begin at the appointed hour. If you want to check your ability to connect, you can follow the link at any time. If you’re connecting after the start time, and within the time window, click the “Watch Online” link in the email when you’re ready to watch and the concert will start at the beginning.
Do I have to watch the entire concert?
You can pause the concert at any time and return to it where you left off.
Do I need cable service to watch?
You do not need cable. You need Internet service, either from your cellphone carrier or from your supplier of hardwired Internet service at home, at sufficient speed to stream video content.
Can I watch using a Roku/Apple TV/Fire TV, etc?
Can I record the concert?
No. You may watch it as many times as you’d like during the streaming window that begins at the concert time.
Is there a charge for the concert?
No, there is no cost or reservation required. Anyone can watch from any device.
Can I share the concert?
You may send the link or forward the email to as many friends as you’d like. The concert is free for all chamber music aficionados!
How do I get notified of upcoming concerts
Sign up for our emails here. We announce all Listen at Home and Watch at Home concerts via email.
How are the concerts funded?
Because we offer the concerts at no cost, we rely on viewers’ donations to pay musicians, and for the video and audio recording work and equipment, and the production of online streams. Please make a donation of whatever amount you can, either via a link in the email or a “Donate Now” button on the concert page on the website. Thank you!
What if I have trouble connecting?
Try restarting your device and connecting again from the concert page on our website. Click the large pink arrow in the photo at the top of the concert announcement. If you have feedback for us on the online streaming experience, please email Cathy Anderson firstname.lastname@example.org
