AFCM is fortunate to have a large number of generous friends who feel passionate about chamber music. Without the support of these individuals and local businesses, we would certainly not be able to offer world-class chamber music at very reasonable prices, and perhaps would not even exist at all. As with almost all cultural organizations, ticket sales represent an important source of revenue, but AFCM depends on its many friends to allow us to bring such string quartets as the Juilliard, Emerson, Jerusalem, Pacifica, Tokyo, Shanghai, the Kalichstein-Laredo-Robinson Trio, and many other superb chamber musicians and ensembles to Tucson. This is also true for our Festivals.
