To our valued patrons:
As you may know, we schedule our musicians years in advance so it is with great disappointment that we are unable to present them for your enjoyment. Given the current unpredictability of the COVID-19 disease, we do not want to put at risk either you or the artists who must travel long distances to reach our stage.
We would like to offer you the following options for any tickets you have purchased:
- You may donate them back to AFCM and receive a donation tax credit for the full amount you paid. We will provide you with a receipt suitable for tax purposes.
- You may request a credit toward future concert tickets.
- You may request a refund for the amount paid.
While everyone’s circumstances are different, if at all possible we urge you to avail yourself of option #1. The economic impact of the pandemic will be far-reaching, but small organizations like ours will be particularly hard hit. We cannot predict the full impact, but an unexpected loss of ticket revenue will be difficult to overcome.
