Nicholas Daniel

One of the UK’s most distinguished wind soloists, Nicholas Daniel began his career at age 18, when he won the BBC Young Musician of the Year Competition. More recently, he was awarded the prestigious Queen’s Medal for Music. He is oboist of the California-based chamber ensemble Camerata Pacifica and is artistic director of the Leicester International Festival.
